Returns

Every piece in our shop is chosen with care, and we hope it brings you as much joy as it brought us. But if something isn't quite right, we are here to help. 

 To start your returns and receive a pre-paid return label, please send us your order number here.

All non-fine jewelry purchases may be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be voided if:

• The item is damaged, used, or shows signs of wear
• The return is submitted past the 30-day period
• The item is marked as final sale
• Original receipt and packaging are not presented at time of exchange or return

Fine jewelry purchases have a 14-day return period for a full refund. After 14 days and within 30 days, store credit will be issued. Returns will be voided if:

• The item is worn, used, resized, or altered in any way.
• The return is submitted past the 30-day period.
• The item is marked as final sale.

Gem Park reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.
